Your Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ behavioral and academic success through data-driven interventions and collaboration with educational teams.
Location: Willimantic, CT
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 18, 2026
Work Hours: 8:10 AM – 3:45 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional behavioral and educational support to students in elementary school settings
- Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Work full-time, on-site in Willimantic, CT. making a meaningful difference every day
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid BCBA certification and Connecticut state license
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
