About the Role:
EDU-AIDs LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Gardner, MA. You’ll work with high school students to provide individualized instruction, promote inclusion, and help every learner reach their full potential in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver instruction aligned with student IEPs
- Modify lessons and materials to support diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with families, general education staff, and support professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a structured, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Special Education setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
