Attendance Coordinator
Salary: $45,000-48,000/year
Scope of Position:
To oversee attendance within the EARN program and ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in contract with funding agency
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Collect participants’ personal information and add it to database
- Update the performance log with new enrollments and delete terminations or transfers
- Reflect participation into attendance forms according to their activity
- Ensure the information is accurate, matching the activities with the participant’s IEP
- Review case notes from case managers and job developers to make sure credit is given accordingly
- Add the time and attendance, collecting the participant’s signature, and provide the forms to the proper staff
- Accurately and efficiently work to ensure appropriate documentation is completed and received
- Keep in constant communication with the team to assist participants with low hours
- Review/audit participants files, providing feedback/findings
- Meet deadlines with consistency
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues
- Attend data meetings as required
- Complete multiple audits monthly and provide the outcomes
- Provide assistance in the classroom with delivering workshops
- Model positive and professional behavior by using language reflective of commitment to diversity and demonstrate cultural competence
- Serve as a back-up to Quality Control Coordinator as needed to process enrollments, terminations, and activity changes

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with invoicing and billing preferred
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel including charts, graphs, sorting, formatting, formulas, and pivot tables
- Knowledge of EARN Program guidelines
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook to manage and arrange appointments and meetings
Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
