Day shift Monday-Thursday 5:30 am-4:00 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Using a motorized vehicle, responsible for moving materials and equipment.
- Move product from one staging area to another staging area
- Locating and moving product to pallets for production, storage or distribution
- Maintain pallet stacking in accordance with OSHA standards Load and unload product from trailers and or containers
- Load and unload product from production lines Shrink wrap products or otherwise secures for transport
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) or combination of education and experience
- 2 years' experience driving a forklift – stand up or sit down vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under dynamic schedule constraints and consistently meet deliverable timelines. Ability to work with, interact and communicate across all levels of the organization. Must have the knowledge of safe lifting techniques, the ability to work independently and part of a team, and hand-eye coordination.
