Do you have?
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- A year of office experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Experience coordinating schedules or managing calendars (preferred)
- Interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or employee engagement
Job responsibilities will include:
- Assist with scheduling candidate interviews and coordination with hiring teams
- Support recruiting efforts including candidate tracking and communication
- Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires, ensuring all documentation, materials, and resources are ready prior to their start date
- Help coordinate and support the new hire onboarding experience during employees’ first weeks to ensure they feel welcomed, prepared, and connected to the team
- Help organize employee events, team meetings, and firm celebrations
- Assist with maintaining and updating HR records, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
- Provide support on various HR initiatives including employee engagement, internal communications, talent acquisition projects, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Office operations including but not limited to: Mail coordination, collection and distribution; Common space upkeep, and supply inventory and replenishment; Maintain and schedule us of office conference rooms and onsite guesthouse
