Staffing Specialist LIH Airport

We're currently looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lihue Airport (LIH). If you're detail-oriented, enjoy helping others, and take pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoAdministrative Support

• Provide daily administrative support to the onsite management team.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and assist employees and applicants with questions.
• Maintain employee files and ensure documents are accurate and up to date.
• Enter and update information in company systems and databases.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, meetings, and training sessions.

Recruiting & Onboarding Support

• Assist with posting job openings and scheduling candidate interviews.
• Help process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents.
• Maintain applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees.

Office & Team Support

• Order and maintain office supplies and recruiting materials.
• Help coordinate employee communications and company events.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed.
• Work closely with Operations and Corporate teams to support daily business needs.
• Help create a positive, organized, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, office, customer service, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Professional, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Location

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Weekly Pay

Location: Lihue Airport (LIH), Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi
