Responsibilities Supervise and monitor employees during your shift to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols. Meet and exceed productivity standards and benchmarks at your assigned location. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to shift performance. Train, coach, and mentor new employees to help them succeed in their roles. Fill in for the Supervisor as needed and oversee shift operations. Assist in various roles, such as driver/transport lead to ensure smooth operations when necessary. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
