EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support our car rental operations at Denver International Airport.
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven individual who enjoys working with people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position focuses heavily on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, staffing, and administrative support.
Location: Denver International Airport
Pay: $23.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume recruiting calls and conduct candidate interviews.
Screen applicants based on experience, availability, and job requirements.
Work with site managers to identify and fill staffing needs quickly.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate employee records, applications, timecards, and hiring documents.
Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and timekeeping corrections.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build relationships with local recruiting resources, community organizations, colleges, churches, and workforce partners.
Support employee communications and general administrative duties.
Qualifications
Bilingual English/Spanish
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, HR, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and speaking with applicants.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
Customer service experience: 1 year required.
