Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including ordering, receiving, and distributing HVAC material to our jobs and technicians.
- Lead and motivate the warehouse staff, fostering a clean organized and safe warehouse culture.
- Control the movement of material and equipment within our Service Titan software.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management within a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, and logistics operations.
- Forklift certification with experience operating heavy lifting equipment safely.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards, materials handling practices, and lean management techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
