As our Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team, coordinating project resources and scheduling needs, and developing and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for the production and quality review of various technical documents including studies, reports, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications. Your focus will be on Civil and Environmental Engineering projects with an emphasis on water/wastewater and public infrastructure. You will work closely with the project Principal to evaluate changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project. You will also closely monitor and report project progress and financial performance. Responsibilities:

- Develop assigned engineering designs.
- Produce construction drawings, reports, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and marketing.
- Work on major projects or several projects of moderate scope with complex features
- Serve as a member of, and contribute to, teams that include landscape architects, engineers, environmental scientists, planners, GIS analysts, graphic artists, etc.
- Provide innovative, aesthetic, cost-effective, and practical solutions for projects.
- Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art engineering in chosen technical specialty area.
- Collaboratively use judgment to determine adaptions in methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments.
- Support marketing efforts as assigned.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering
- Successful completion of the Professional Engineering Exam is preferred.
Salary : $15,000 - $120,000
