We are a private, members-only regenerative heritage flower farm dedicated to creating serene, farm-fresh wellness experiences. Our beautiful fields of lavender, seasonal flowers, and peaceful valley views offer a quiet place where people slow down and reconnect with creation in a faith-centered environment.
We are seeking a reliable Flower Farm Groundskeeper to help maintain and care for our farm grounds so members can enjoy and harvest the beauty without the effort. This is meaningful, hands-on outdoor work that includes physical tasks and equipment operation in a respectful setting. No prior farm expertise is required — we value a willingness to learn and adapt.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain ride-on and stand-on mowers, string trimmers, and other lawn care equipment
- Perform basic construction tasks and use power tools safely for repairs and small projects
- Handle general farm maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs overhead
- Keep equipment clean, serviced, and in good working order
- Adapt quickly to daily priorities as farm needs change with seasons and weather
- Contribute to a peaceful, orderly, and respectful environment on the farm
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to ever-changing situations
- Comfort and skill with power tools and basic construction tasks
- Experience or strong ability to operate and maintain lawn equipment (ride-on/stand-on mowers, etc.)
- Physical capability to safely lift 40 lbs overhead and work outdoors in varying weather
- A positive, dependable attitude and respect for a family-friendly setting where young children are often present

Compensation:
$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and hours committed. Details will be discussed during the interview.
