Job Description: Edmondson Insurance Agency is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the day-to-day operations and servicing of our accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Customers with direct services and sales related activities
- Develop strong client relationships that result in the sale of additional policies
- Work directly with clients to process endorsements, conduct audits, perform renewal reviews, and writing insurance policies
- Responsible for delivering service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
- Respond to questions and requests from customers quickly and accurately
- Pro-actively prospect and generate new business appointments
- Round out and provide analysis on renewal strategies
- Maintain existing client relationships that result in a high retention rate
- Meet sales goals for new business and renewal of existing customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriers

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Insurance or other Customer Service-related role
- North Carolina P&C license preferred or will be required to obtain within 6 months
