Veterinary Hospital Manager

Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a talent for mentorship, and a commitment to team culture. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience and a proven background in leadership, training, and team development—paired with a business-minded approach to hospital growth.

As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital performance, budgeting, and payroll while driving sustainable growth
• Ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and strong operational standards
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, service expansion, and performance goals
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility needs
• Enhance client experience, resolve concerns, and support marketing efforts
• Lead, hire, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture????

Schedule, benefits and compensation**:

This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.

• Compensation: $80,500-90,000 annual base salary*
• Bonus opportunities: Based on hospital performance
• Hiring bonus package: Up to $2000 based on experience and credentials

Your Qualifications:

• 5 years of healthcare business management experience at a multidoctor hospital
• Veterinary experience preferred
• CVPM or equivalent education preferred
• Business acumen with a focus on growth and performance
• Experience with team training and supervision of a support staff team of 15
• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision
• Proven experience and proficiency in managing P&Ls
