Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist on the overnight shift, is responsible for secretarial duties, in addition, there are light housekeeping and a security aspect to this role. Opportunities for outstanding customer service and support are many in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Security walks inside the building
- Light housekeeping
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an independent living building or related field highly preferred
- Knowledge of security and emergency processes highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Comfort with being a self starter a must
- Ability to think outside the box
