Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in cleaning and food handling. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting, supporting our culinary staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and assisting with simple food prep when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist in maintaining inventory of dishware and cleaning supplies
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures within a kitchen or hotel setting is advantageous
- Experience with food handling and basic culinary tasks is beneficial
- Previous roles involving serving or supporting culinary operations will be considered an asset

Hours are 7:00AM-3:00PM Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
Off Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Must be willing to help on tray line during service if needed. Some times you may be asked to come in early or stay late to help cover illness, vacations etc. including working an extra day. Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
This is a Union facility.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
