Helper / Cleaner Position

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Helper / Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services in residential properties. The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to work well with a team, and willing to maintain the high standards of cleanliness our company provides to clients.

Duties

• Assist with general cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other household spaces according to company standards.
• Help with deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, blinds, inside appliances, and detailed bathroom/kitchen cleaning when required.
• Support the team by organizing cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials before and after each job.
• Remove trash and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow company cleaning procedures, checklists, and safety protocols at all times.
• Work efficiently with team members to complete jobs within the scheduled timeframe.
• Provide excellent customer service by being respectful, professional, and courteous in clients’ homes.
• Report any issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor or manager.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with standard cleaning products, tools, and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage physical cleaning tasks throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Pay: From $22.92 per hour
