EDKO, LLC is seeking utility vegetation management professionals, and/or candidates with a work experience or a degree in forestry or a related field to fill the role of a Supervisor. The location of the position is Columbus, Ohio.
Requirements
- The ability to work independently with excellent communication skills. An AA or BA Degree in forestry, arboriculture, or a related field; or utility vegetation management experience.
- Arborist certification or ability to become certified within 1 year is preferred. Local tree knowledge beneficial.
- Ability to work in inclement weather.
- Ability to interpret and follow maps.
- Ability to use a laptop computer, GPS, and GIS.
- Ability to travel including overnight stays.
- Valid Driver License required and clean MVR.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to communicate effectively with landowners.
- Herbicide experience preferred.
