Contract Utility Forester
Qualifications:

- must be able to work well as part of a team, follow directions, interact with a variety of personalities , and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a safe, productive manner in all outdoor conditions (rain, wind, snow, steep and remote terrain)
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Associate degree in Forestry, Arboriculture, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
- Must have a Valid driver's license
Job Description:
- Conduct inspections of completed vegetation management work in order to ensure compliance to applicable guidelines an/or standards for vegetation clearances and work quality
- Aid utility in the coordination of their overall vegetation management program as required
- Communicate work to be performed to the vegetation contractors
- Assist with storm restoration or other emergency situations as directed by the utility
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience. Company vehicle will be provided. Company will pay for travel expenses while working out of town.
