This Product Manager role supports a confidential client in the Advertising Services industry focused on programmatic media and adtech solutions. The role sits within a US Product & Solutions organization that partners closely with Sales, Trading, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, and external measurement/data partners to build vertical-specific product capabilities (Healthcare, CPG/Commerce, Travel, Political) and strategic channels (CTV, YouTube, Social).
This is a cross-functional product role that translates commercial needs into market-ready product requirements, manages roadmaps and releases, and supports go-to-market enablement and adoption tracking. Coding is a plus but not required.
Product Development
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from commercial and GTM stakeholders.
- Lead ideation, scoping, development, and launch of vertical-specific product capabilities.
- Build and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps informed by market feedback and priorities.
- Publish release notes and product updates to keep internal teams informed.
- Define product KPIs and metrics to measure success and guide iteration.
- Run structured testing cycles and feedback loops to ensure features meet market demand.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Align with Sales, Trading, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Vertical Leads, and Sales Marketing to surface product needs.
- Coordinate with external data and measurement partners for audience activation, measurement workflows, and data connectivity.
- Present product ideas, gather structured feedback, and represent product priorities in cross-functional discussions.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement
- Partner with GTM functions to create documentation, feature guides, and collateral for enablement.
- Maintain product roadmap visibility and update stakeholders on priorities and progress.
- Track post-launch adoption and surface insights back into roadmap planning.
Technical Collaboration
- Translate data architectures and measurement frameworks into clear product specs and user-facing requirements.
- Develop working knowledge of data connectivity across the product stack (vertical data sources, DSP exposure logs, bidstream signals, API integrations).
- Work with PMs, Solutions Engineering, and development teams to scope, spec, and deliver product capabilities.
- 2 years of product management experience with ownership of at least one product or multiple shipped feature sets.
- Background in programmatic media, digital marketing, or advertising technology; campaign management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and technical teams to deliver products.
- Strong presentation skills and experience collecting structured stakeholder feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of the adtech ecosystem: CTV, Display, Audio, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers.
- Understanding of measurement and attribution methodologies in digital media.
- Familiarity with identity solutions and vertical data partners (healthcare data experience is a strong plus).
- Comfort working with data; SQL familiarity and ability to interpret pipeline outputs. Python or scripting experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for commercial audiences.

- Pay transparency (New York): base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. Typical on-target earnings for the role: $150,000 - $200,000 (may vary by location; final compensation depends on experience, skills, and local market differentials and may include bonus/commission components).
