EDJY is a consumer brand building a passionate community across TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook. We move fast, make products people love, and care deeply about how customers and creators experience our brand. We're hiring a Social Media & Affiliate Coordinator to grow our community of advocates, be the voice of EDJY in our comments, DMs, and creator inbox, and help scale our TikTok Shop affiliate program from the inside.
This is a high-ownership, generalist role. You'll work across marketing, customer experience, and fulfillment — and you'll see the impact of your work every day in our engagement, reviews, and sales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Community & Social Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews across TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook in EDJY's voice
- Triage incoming customer questions (product, orders, returns, partnerships, press) and route them to the right internal owner
- Track community themes and sentiment, and surface insights to marketing, product, and CX
- Flag negative feedback, PR risks, and escalations quickly
TikTok Shop & Affiliate Program
- Run day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop affiliate program: creator recruiting, outreach, onboarding, briefs, and relationship management
- Identify, vet, and recruit high-fit creators; maintain a healthy, growing roster
- Coordinate commissions, samples, promo codes, and campaign timing with marketing leadership
- Track affiliate performance (GMV, content output, top performers) and report on what's working
- Keep TikTok Shop listings, product catalog, and Shopify sync healthy
Product Sampling & Creator Seeding
- Build target creator lists, manage outreach, ship samples, and follow up on resulting content
- Coordinate with fulfillment for accurate, on-time sample shipments
- Track seeding ROI (posts, engagement, sales attribution) and refine targeting
Content Creation
- Pitch post concepts grounded in trends, community conversation, and product moments
- Appear on camera when needed (demos, day-in-the-life, trend participation)
- Edit short-form video in CapCut and ship platform-ready cuts
- Partner with marketing on shoot days and content calendars
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- 3 years in a consumer-facing role (community, social, CX, retail, hospitality) where you've been the front line for a brand
- Hands-on operator knowledge of Shopify, TikTok (including TikTok Shop), Instagram, and Facebook — not just personal use
- Strong written communication; you can match a brand voice and stay composed in tough conversations
- Excellent organization and follow-through across many moving threads
- Comfortable on camera and willing to be part of the content
- Sound judgment on when to respond, when to escalate, and how to represent the brand publicly
Nice to Have
- CapCut (or Premiere, Final Cut, InShot) skill with a short-form portfolio
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate, creator gifting, or seeding programs
- Familiarity with affiliate/creator platforms (Social Snowball, Aspire, GRIN, Impact)
- Social listening, scheduling, or analytics tools (Sprout, Later, Dash Hudson)
- Basic TikTok Ads Manager familiarity
- Graphic design comfort (Canva, Figma)
LOCATION, SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- On-site in Ketchum, Idaho
- Full-time, with some flexibility outside standard hours to stay close to comments, trends, and creator activity
