Trade Show Booth Staff Needed for NAB Show 19-22 April 2026 – Las Vegas
We are hiring 1 experienced trade show professional to represent Edit on the Spot at NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas for 3 days during the exhibition.
This is not a generic promotional role. We need someone who is polished, proactive, and comfortable engaging a highly technical audience. You should be able to confidently speak with attendees from the worlds of AI, AV, broadcast, live production, media technology, and software.
You will help drive lead generation, booth engagement, and brand awareness, while representing the company professionally on the show floor.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact at our booth, greeting attendees, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, capturing leads, and communicating our core message clearly and confidently.
Responsibilities
• Proactively engage NAB Show attendees and bring qualified visitors into the booth
• Introduce Edit on the Spot in a clear, professional, and compelling way
• Identify and qualify relevant prospects
• Capture leads accurately using the event lead capture system or app
• Support brand awareness and keep energy high at the booth throughout the day
• Answer high-level questions about our offering and direct deeper technical conversations to the appropriate team member
• Maintain a polished, professional booth presence at all times
What we are looking for
• Previous experience working trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, or B2B events
• Strong lead generation and attendee engagement skills
• Professional, confident, and approachable communication style
• Comfortable speaking with technical buyers and industry professionals
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet for full show days
Strongly preferred
• Background in AI, AV, broadcast, media tech, live production, SaaS, or software
• Experience working at NAB Show, IBC, InfoComm, CES, or similar industry events
• Familiarity with video workflows, event technology, or production environments
• Experience using lead capture apps and CRM/event tools
