What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Specialist position at Edison Smart®?
We are seeking a Digital Infrastructure specialist to support large-scale data center, power, and utility developments across high-growth energy markets.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on role covering deal origination, structuring, and execution, working closely with hyperscalers, energy developers, utilities, and internal leadership teams.
- Based in Houston
- Travel to project sites
Key areas of focus include:
• Structuring land, power, and infrastructure agreements
• Supporting data center and energy development opportunities
• Financial modelling (NPV, IRR, sensitivities) for complex infrastructure deals
• Coordinating across legal, finance, land, and operations teams
• Supporting water, power, and sustainability strategies tied to AI/data center growth
• Managing stakeholder engagement, permitting, and development strategy
Ideal candidates will have experience across digital infrastructure, energy, real assets, or large industrial developments, with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
