Job Summary
What: We are seeking a creative, ambitious, self-starter to help build and maintain on positive service culture with the staff. The Food and Beverage Manager must lead by example and empower employees to take the extra step to make our members day!

How: Through a creative mind and boundless energy, the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager will be a seasoned hospitality professional looking to drive their team to be better than they were yesterday.
To be successful as a F&B Manager you will need to be:

Regular duties for the F&B Manager:
- Review member portal app for daily business insights.
-Prepare pre- and post-shift reports for staff to align with daily business levels.
- Attend member programming events to help with event operations and logistics.
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division, ensuring all service standards are executed and met.
-Monitor the operation of food outlets and catering to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the company and health and regulatory standards and policies.
-Manage the glassware and OSE at the bars.

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with 1-2 years' experience managing other Front of House roles
- Social and curious, with an intuitive understanding of how to develop culture and entertainment that will be best-in-State.
- Standard technological proficiency (Microsoft Suite, and ability to learn and manage our events management system)
