Key Responsibilities
- Develop build strategies and detailed work breakdown structures.
- Forecast manpower, craft, and subcontractor requirements.
- Coordinate production sequencing across ECO Shipyards
- Provide schedule dates for the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process to ensure timely material procurement and production readiness.
- Integrate planning with procurement and logistics to maintain material and equipment availability.
- Serve as digital planning system super-user, ensuring accurate data, training, and process improvement within the PMO.
- 3–7 years of shipbuilding or heavy fabrication planning experience.
- Knowledge of MRP, production control, and project coordination processes.
- Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams and yards.
