We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst. You will play a critical role in financial analysis, reporting, and planning. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL and Power BI, with the ability to transform complex financial data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and KPIs to track performance and identify trends.
- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to business leaders.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business inputs and align on assumptions.
- Monitor budget performance, highlight risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize SQL to extract, validate, and manipulate large datasets.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for visualization and executive reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Proven experience developing interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
