Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, and passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify talent.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across targeted verticals.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical skills, experience, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate closing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development professionals to understand client hiring needs and priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales experience.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
