About the Role
We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate our Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure high-quality products, strong processes, and a culture rooted in accountability and improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the company’s Quality Management System, including ISO 9001
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and data-driven insights
- Develop and implement quality processes focused on defect prevention (“built-in quality”)
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action efforts across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, production, purchasing, and planning teams
- Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
- Manage quality documentation, procedures, and checklists
- Ensure compliance with welder certifications and calibration requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team, including hiring, training, and performance management
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading quality systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
- Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and internal audits
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams
- Hands-on, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or Six Sigma environments
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
