Who You Are:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Education with a Clinical Concentration, or a related behavioral health field required
• Experience working with young children and families in behavioral health, early childhood mental health, developmental disabilities, Early Intervention, or related children’s services preferred
• Experience providing family-centered, trauma informed, home or community based services is highly desirable
• Knowledge of child development, attachment, caregiver child relationships, trauma informed care, and early childhood interventions preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical writing skills
• Bilingual and bicultural candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation required
What You Will Do:
As an ECBT Clinician, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing behavioral health support to children ages 3 to 5 with emerging behavioral, emotional, developmental, communication, or sensory needs.
You will:
• Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized, strengths based treatment plans
• Provide developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions through play based therapy, caregiver child strategies, parent coaching, trauma-informed approaches, and other evidence informed practices
• Partner closely with the Behavioral Therapist/BCBA, Occupational Therapist, Family Partner, and Program Director to coordinate care
• Coach caregivers on child development, emotional regulation, communication, daily routines, and strategies they can use at home
• Coordinate services with pediatricians, Early Intervention providers, childcare programs, preschools, school districts, and community providers
• Support children and families transitioning from Early Intervention into preschool and school based services, including helping families navigate evaluations, IEPs, and community resources
• Monitor child and family progress and adjust interventions based on developmental needs and treatment outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and participate in interdisciplinary meetings, supervision, and professional development

Early Childhood Better Together (ECBT) is an innovative, diagnosis agnostic behavioral health program supporting children ages 3 to 5 with emerging behavioral, emotional, developmental, communication, or sensory needs.
ECBT helps bridge the gap between Early Intervention and school based services through coordinated, interdisciplinary care. Our team includes a mental health clinician, Behavioral Therapist/BCBA, Occupational Therapist, and Family Partner.
Through early identification, caregiver coaching, and home and community based services, ECBT helps children build the skills they need to thrive, strengthens families, improves school readiness, and works to reduce the need for more intensive services later.
