We are expanding our team and are seeking a full-time skilled Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join us. As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team of real estate agents. We are looking for someone with a passion for real estate and an eye for talent. You should have experience in the industry and a deep understanding of recruiting best practices. You will work closely with our Regional and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. This role will require time outside of standard business hours to best meet candidate’s needs. This role is primarily focused on experienced agent recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified real estate agents through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, Regional Managers and networking events.
- In collaboration with the Regional Manager, conduct phone screens and schedule in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Partner with our Regional and Sales Managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, tracking candidate progress and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- In collaboration with the Regional or Sales Managers, negotiate commission schedules.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Committee to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to promote our brand and attract potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate recruiting or related field.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the skills required for success as a real estate agent.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring high-performing real estate agents.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Wage: $60,000 - $75,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
