What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Edina Realty Home Services?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in our Brainerd/Baxter, MN sales office. Will also support our sales offices in Crosslake, Hackensack and Little Falls, MN.

This key role will provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates. Will handle data entry of real estate listings and sales, perform office operation duties, supervise and train staff, interpret and enforce company policy and provide customer service. Oversees front office coverage to include answering phones, greeting clients, event planning, filing, and tracking expenses. This is a critical position in our office and requires strong administrative, project and time management skills as well as a desire to sustain a very positive and productive environment in our busy offices. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. This is an in-office position with travel required to other offices as needed.


Qualifications:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Experience:

  • Three to five plus years of related experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate, title and /or mortgage business strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. A strong customer-service focus.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.

Wage:   $24.00 - $25.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
