RATE OF PAY:
The 2025-2026 seasonal stipend range for this position is $5,005 (step 1) to $5,466 (step 3). New directors will typically start at the entry-level amount within the stipend range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual’s experience and the school district’s budget.
BENEFITS:
This is a seasonal position. Eligible employees will participate in one of the state’s largest pension programs (either the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) or Teacher’s Retirement Association (TRA).
