- Performs routine and project cleaning of assigned classrooms, office areas, meeting rooms, corridors, lavatories, and locker rooms.
- Completes set-ups and take downs of chairs, tables, and heavy or bulky equipment as directed
- Cleans up and santizes after accidents or illness
- Assists in cleaning and monitoring boilers, vents, and air handling equipment.
- Maintains and properly stores tools and equipment.
- Follows all security measures when opening or closing a facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Mechanical aptitude for performing and learning repair work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Custodial experience preferred, training will be provided.

RATE OF PAY:
The wage for this position ranges from $24.26 to $25.67 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New employees will start at the entry-level rate of $24.26 per hour.
