SUMMARY:
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision and core values, the American Indian Education Coordinator supports American Indian students and families by providing culturally responsive education, academic and career guidance, and cultural activities. This role fosters family engagement through partnerships and advisory committees, supports staff with training and resources, and manages grants to ensure effective collaboration with American Indian communities.
RATE OF PAY:
The salary for this position ranges from $61,118 - $72,527 depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual's experience and the district's budget.
