What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Producer position at Edikted?
We are seeking a Creative Producer – E-Commerce & Editorial who will own end-to-end production for high-volume photo and video shoots, ensuring seamless execution across e-commerce and editorial content. This role is ideal for a highly organized, solutions-oriented producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency. You will manage multiple productions simultaneously, partnering closely with Creative, Marketing, and external talent to deliver on-brand, on-time, and on-budget assets across digital, social, and editorial platforms.
What You'll Do
- Own full production lifecycle for e-commerce and editorial photo/video shoots, from pre-production through final delivery
- Build and manage shoot schedules, timelines, call sheets, shot lists, and production plans
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners including photographers, stylists, HMU, models, studios, and vendors
- Manage product flow and on-set organization, ensuring all assets and samples are shoot-ready
- Oversee production budgets, estimates, invoices, and cost tracking
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and platform requirements (website, social, paid, editorial)
- Problem-solve in real time on set, adapting quickly as priorities shift
- Maintain clear, proactive communication across teams to keep production moving efficiently
- Oversee post-production timelines, reviews, and final asset delivery
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in creative production, with e-commerce and/or editorial preferred
- Strong understanding of high-volume, fast-fashion production workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple shoots, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable operating under tight deadlines and evolving priorities
- Experience producing still and video content (video a plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience managing budgets and production costs
- Proficiency in production tools such as Airtable, Google Workspace, and Mac-based workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-output retail or fashion brands
- Familiarity with both studio and on-location shoots
- Experience producing social-first or performance creative
- Understanding of casting, model bookings, and usage rights
- Ability to identify creative risks early and propose efficient, scalable solutions
