Required Skills:

• 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience building or configuring Salesforce Agentforce or agentic AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of Einstein AI, generative AI concepts, and autonomous agent behavior.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, AI‑driven technical solutions.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I required; PD II preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agentforce Builder and Agent Script.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG (retrieval‑augmented generation).
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Slack integrations, or multi‑channel agent deployments.
• Experience designing enterprise automation or intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Salesforce AI Specialist, Einstein, or Agentforce‑related certifications.
• Background in AI governance, testing, or responsible AI practices.
