We are seeking an energetic Charity Customer Service to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you will use your communication skills and trainining to represent our charity brand partners services. We partner with the largest retail companies to implement and develop marketing campaigns for Non-profit clients such as Heifer USA, IFAW, WWP and others. This position offers alot of growth and development.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, loves to help others, professional, and organized, with a knack for helping others and a cause. We are looking for someone who believes in our companies mission, clients' vision and will demonstrate an exceptional drive to further our existing fundraising efforts and help strategize and deliver new ones.

Objectives of this Role
- Learn marketing and fundraising principles
- Acquire Donors and Retain them
- Learn effective training methods, manage teams
- Spot new fundraising opportunities
- Provide the best quality of service to the donors
- Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
- Form strong relationships with donors and teams
- Manage Tablets and Devices to track daily donations
