Job Qualifications
Educational/Training Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with compliance training.
- Superior communication skills.
Experience:
- 5–10 years in training and development.
- Financial services experience required.
- Experience managing LMS platforms.
- Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training programs.
Training Strategy & Program Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee onboarding programs.
- Design training for member service, lending, contact center, and operations.
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs.
- Create and maintain training materials.
- Support product rollouts and system upgrades.
Adaptive Learning & Training Delivery
- Adapt training to kinesthetic, auditory, and visual learners.
- Design blended learning experiences.
- Assess learning preferences.
- Incorporate interactive learning techniques.
- Modify training pace and format.
- Use coaching and feedback.
- Ensure inclusive and accessible training.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance training alignment (BSA/AML, UDAAP, etc.).
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Monitor training quality.
This full-time position is approximately 40 or more hours per week. Saturdays are on an as needed basis. Flexibility is a must.
Standard hours are: Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
