About the Position

Edicine Internal Medicine & Urgent Care is seeking two part-time Nurse Practitioners to join our established outpatient practice in North Scottsdale.

This position offers a combination of adult primary care and urgent care, allowing providers to manage ongoing patient needs while also treating a variety of acute conditions.

We are looking for providers who are compassionate, confident in their clinical decision-making, and comfortable practicing with a high degree of independence. Physician collaboration and support are available when needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP seeking a flexible, consistent part-time weekday schedule with no weekends, an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to increase earnings through uncapped productivity-based compensation.

Schedule

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. There are no weekend shifts.

We are hiring two part-time Nurse Practitioners, allowing flexibility in how the weekly schedule is divided between providers.

Specific workdays will be determined based on provider availability, with earlier hires receiving priority in selecting their preferred days.

This is an ideal opportunity for a provider looking for a predictable part-time schedule that can accommodate other professional or personal commitments.

Compensation

Starting at $60.00 per hour uncapped productivity-based compensation.

Our compensation structure provides the security of a competitive hourly base with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on productivity and patient volume.

There is no cap on productivity compensation, allowing earning potential to increase as productivity grows.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Evaluate and treat urgent care patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform annual wellness visits, physical examinations, and preventive care
• Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, EKGs, and other diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures within scope of practice
• Provide preventive health education and counseling
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Provide telemedicine visits when appropriate
• Collaborate with the physician and clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied patient population
• Primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care experience preferred
