Are you an *experienced* leader who loves to stay active and "lead from the front"? We are looking for a high-energy, reliable **Team Lead** to join our Lewes location!
This is a **hands-on** leadership role. You won't be stuck in an office doing schedules or payroll—you’ll be on the floor with the team, ensuring every arrangement that leaves our store is perfect and every customer leaves happy.
Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 5 PM) Sunday (10-3)
**The Role:**
As a Team Lead, you are the "Captain" of the shift. You will perform all the standard duties of a Team Member while providing guidance and keeping the workflow moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Reliability & Punctuality: You are the pace-setter. Being on time and ready to go for every shift is a must to ensure our production stays on schedule.
*Customer Relations & Conflict Resolution: You will be the primary point of contact for customer interactions. You'll handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and grace, ensuring every "hiccup" is turned into a "wow" experience.
*Production Leadership: Oversee the daily creation of arrangements and dipped fruit to ensure they meet Edible® brand standards.
*Training & Mentorship: Act as the go-to person for new hires, helping them master fruit-cutting and arrangement techniques.
*Daily Delegation: Assign tasks to the team to ensure production, cleaning, and service goals are met throughout the day.
*Quality Control: Perform final checks on arrangements before they go out for delivery or pickup.
