Must have customer service experience, as this position will have cross training included.

This will include, Dipping, Designing, customer service, fruit prep.

Join our dynamic team as a Dipper, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences! As a key member of our fast-paced, quick service environment, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food items, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth operations at the front counter and food prep stations. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area, dining space, and kitchen environment
• Assist with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support other team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food delivery from kitchen to customer

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles within quick service or fast food restaurants preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
• Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting is a plus but not required

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
