Must have customer service experience, as this position will have cross training included.
This will include, Dipping, Designing, customer service, fruit prep.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area, dining space, and kitchen environment
- Assist with food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support other team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food delivery from kitchen to customer
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles within quick service or fast food restaurants preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting is a plus but not required
