Edible Arrangements in Hamden is looking for the right people to fill part-time customer Service/Fruit Expert positions within our fast paced and growing retail locations!
We are looking to fill this job immediately!
Hourly pay has a starting wage commensurate with experience.
Restaurant/Hospitality experience is a plus!

Requirements:
Flexibility- The following holidays are MANDATORY for this position: Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Week of Christmas. We are closed on Christmas Day.
Must have an outgoing personality
Must work well with the public
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Adaptable and able to manage multiple responsibilities within the store
Must have basic computer and register skills
Quality phone etiquette, excellent communication skills
A history of successful sales and/or customer service experience is a plus!
Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service in the store and over the phone
Assist every customer in choosing the perfect package for their occasion
Reach out to past customers with satisfaction surveys and new product initiatives
Cut, clean, and prepare fruit for our amazing arrangements
Make arrangements and Chocolate dipped fruit boxes (training provided)
Other duties may be assigned as needed
You will be moving around and on your feet most of the time in this fast paced job!
