Overview
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in computer skills, the candidate should have a creative and or artistic side to them as we are making beautiful arrangements to order daily.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients and promote additional services or solutions
- Manage customer accounts through data entry and client records updates using Microsoft Office tools
- Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions
- Support client services by resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when appropriate
- Document interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and future reference
- Assist with analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and cash handling is a plus
- Outbound calling experience and analysis skills are advantageous
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
