What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campaign Operations Specialist position at Edible Arrangements, LLC?
Campaign Operations Specialist
Edible Brands® was launched in 2022 to bring together powerful, purpose-led brands under one unified purpose: to enrich everyday life through celebration, nourishment, and wellness. Today, Edible Brands powers three bold and growing concepts across 700 locations worldwide.
Our portfolio spans Edible Arrangements®, the iconic gifting brand; Rōti®, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant; edibles.com™, a trusted marketplace for low-dosage THC & CBD wellness products; and BerryDirect®, our robust supply chain infrastructure. Together, these brands are fueled by The Edible Way—a set of employee-driven values that keep us committed, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, and always ready to celebrate.
The Big Picture:
The Campaign Operations Specialist is a key member of Edible Brands’ Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team — a high-impact team responsible for bringing brand strategy to life across every customer touchpoint for both Edible Arrangements and Rōti.
In this role, you are the operational engine that keeps the IMC team running, and the reason our campaigns get to market on time. You own the systems, processes, and day-to-day coordination that keep every workstream moving, every deadline visible, and every team aligned. Without you, things slow down. With you, the team operates at its best.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing and works closely with the Sr. Marketing Specialist across campaigns, local store marketing initiatives, and day-to-day team operations. This role also partners daily with Brand Managers, channel teams (paid media, social, email, e-commerce), and agency partners across both brands.
If keeping campaigns on track, stakeholders aligned and go-to-market timelines moving without friction is where you shine, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
