Edible Arrangements Haverhill is looking for the right people to fill Customer Service- Fruit Expert position within our retail location. This is a PT position requiring weekends.
This is not a seasonal position.Candidate must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Holidays are required.
We are looking to fill this job immediately.
Restaurant/Hospitality experience is a plus!
Requirements:
- Must have an outgoing personality and work well with the public
- Quality phone etiquette, excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple responsibilities within the store
- Basic computer and register skills
- Must work well as part of a small team and independently
- Applicants must have their own transportation and be reliable.
- The following holidays are MANDATORY for this position: Valentines Day, Easter Saturday, Mother's Day and Week of Christmas (we are closed on Christmas Day).
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service in the store and over the phone
- Assist every customer in choosing the perfect package for their occasion
- Dip fruit, make arrangements and smoothies (training provided) as needed
- Work with production and driver team members to ensure best service and product quality for our customers.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 to 20 hours per week
