The RPG AS/400 Programmer is responsible for the development and maintenance of applications on the AS/400 platform.

- Assist in the development, maintenance, and support of AS/400 (IBM iSeries) applications.
- Write, debug, test, and document RPG code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the AS/400 platform.
- Participate in training sessions to master AS/400.
- Provide day-to-day support and serve as a backup for the IT Manager as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and contribute to technical solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 5 years of IT experience
- Experience with midrange AS/400 systems and operations.
- Experience developing code using RPG
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Distribution or Automotive environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with internal customers.
