Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile guests, catering to their unique preferences and requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored recommendations and services.
- Handle confidential and sensitive guest information with discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange private dining experiences, spa treatments, and personalized resort activities.
- Collaborate with all resort departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, security) to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
