Position Overview:
As a Concierge at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalized service to all guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the resort’s amenities, local attractions, and luxury services, with an emphasis on anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with accurate and timely information regarding resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, spa services, and activities. Assist in arranging reservations, tours, and transportation.
- Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and special requests, ensuring personalized and exceptional service at all times.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, valet, front desk) to ensure guests' needs are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, striving to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with booking tickets for local attractions, shows, tours, and other events.
- Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
- Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support.
- Ensure the concierge desk is well-stocked with relevant materials, brochures, and promotional items for guests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
