Edgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center and Orchard Park Rehabilitation & Living Center, both located in Farmington, are healthcare facilities providing skilled nursing care, long-term care, and a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services. We are currently seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to serve both locations.
The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire MDS process, including completing assessments and developing comprehensive care plans for residents at both facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current, valid Maine RN (Registered Nurse) license
- A friendly, team-oriented disposition
- Flexibility, and be detailed oriented
- Understanding of PDPM
- Experience in a long term care or rehabilitation setting
- Experience with the MDS is preferred but not required
Starting pay $31-$37.79/hr (based on experience)
