As a Wellness & Enrichment Director at Edgewood, you’ll get to make a difference by fulfilling the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of the most amazing folks on the planet – our residents!

Responsibilities

• Develop a monthly calendar of life enrichment activities
• Set up and run activities while providing resident oversight
• Order activity supplies
• Supervise a team of life enrichment assistants
• Operate within department budget
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field, desired
• Prior experience in activities or recreation programming, desired
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
• Passion and drive for helping others
