Dear Cheyenne, we’re currently seeking an innovative and customer service minded individual to join our Aspen Wind team as the Executive Director (ED).
As the ED at Edgewood, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the overall success of the community, which includes management of staff and the delivery of high-quality services to our residents and their families. You would oversee both resident and employee recruitment, work to meet or exceed the financial goals of the community, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including the corporate leadership team and Regional Vice President.
In this role, you’ll utilize your personal strengths and leadership skills to truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, all while supporting and mentoring a team of community staff, working together to provide our residents the exceptional care they deserve.

Minimum Requirements:
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business management or related field.
- Demonstrated work experience in assisted living, memory care, or Alzheimer's care, preferred.
- Demonstrated work experience in supervisory role with increased levels of responsibility in operational activities.
- Must meet the minimum qualification requirements for Executive Directors as mandated by state Assisted Living regulations.
- Ability to successfully multi-task, prioritize and broader picture thought process.
- Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
